Terms of Use (End User Licence Agreement)
Boat Docking: Captain Vasko · Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Mealhouse s.r.o., Klimentská 2061/21, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Boat Docking: Captain Vasko (the "Game") you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. The licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law gives you that right;
- use cheats, bots or tools that change how the Game works or how purchases are recorded;
- remove any copyright or trademark notice.
2. Important safety notice: this is a game, not sailing training
The Game is a simplified simulation made for practice and entertainment. Wind, current, boat handling, depths and harbour layouts are approximations.
- The Game does not replace real training, a skipper's licence, local pilot books, official charts or the instructions of a harbour master.
- Harbours, depths and berth positions in the Game are not navigational data and must never be used for real navigation.
- You remain fully responsible for your decisions on a real boat.
Real place names are used to describe locations only. The Game is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any marina, harbour authority or charter company.
3. Who can play
The Game is not directed at children. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement under the law of your country, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, who then accepts these terms for you. Purchases must be made by an adult or with an adult's permission.
4. Coins and game rules
4.1 Coins are a game feature. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game, and cannot be transferred to another player or device.
4.2 Coins are earned by playing and can also be received with a voluntary purchase (section 5). Every harbour and every feature of the game can be reached without paying. What you receive is a limited licence to use coins inside the Game, not ownership.
4.3 The rules in force on the date above are:
- Welcome gift: 250 coins with your first successful docking.
- Daily coins: 50 on each day you play, plus 10 for every day in a row, up to 50 extra.
- Docking reward: 150 coins for three stars, 60 for two, 20 for one.
- Submarine bunker: no berth fee, and the usual docking reward.
- Berth fee: paid each time you start a try in a harbour. Warm-ups are free.
- Trying again in a harbour you have not yet docked in: 50% of the berth fee.
- A harbour you have already docked in: the full berth fee each time.
- Repairs: a bump costs 5 coins and a hard hit 10, at most 150 coins per try.
- Keel scratch (water under 2 m): 100 coins, charged once per harbour, on top of the repair limit.
- Adding the wind: pays star rewards for every win.
- Extra practice berths: 50 coins for three stars, 30 for two, 20 for one.
4.4 Berth fees:
| Harbour | Berth fee |
|---|---|
| Punat | 50 |
| Luka Prvić | 65 |
| Sali Port | 80 |
| Hramina Murter | 100 |
| Biograd na Moru | 120 |
| Marina Piskera | 150 |
| Dubrovnik | 180 |
| Osor's bridge | 200 |
| Komiža Harbour | 220 |
| Marina Palmižana | 240 |
4.5 Your balance can fall below zero because of repair bills. If you cannot pay a berth fee, that harbour stays closed until you have enough coins. The warm-ups stay open and free.
4.6 Coins are stored on your device. Deleting the game, clearing its data or changing device removes them, including coins received with a purchase. We cannot restore coins lost this way. An active crew membership can be restored on a new device through your store account; coins already delivered cannot.
4.7 We may change the coin rules, fees and rewards to keep the game balanced. A change never removes coins already in your purse. The current rules are always shown in the game under "How coins work".
5. Voluntary support: one-time purchases and crew membership
5.1 The Game is free to download and support is voluntary. Prices are shown in real currency before you confirm. Payment is handled by the store through which you installed the game (Apple App Store or Google Play), under that store's terms. We never see your card details.
5.2 One-time purchases. Each purchase adds coins to your purse at once:
| Item | Price | Coins |
|---|---|---|
| Grog (Alco free) | €0.99 | 200 coins |
| Tonic | €4.99 | 600 coins |
| Fresh coconut | €9.99 | 1,500 coins |
5.3 Crew membership. A monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. It is charged to your store account when you confirm and then every month at the price shown. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage and cancel it in your store account settings, not inside the Game; deleting the Game does not cancel it.
| Tier | Price a month | Coins each month | Docking rewards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deckhand | €1.99 | 500 | ×1.25 |
| Navigator | €4.99 | 1,000 | ×1.5 |
| Captain's Crew | €9.99 | 2,000 | ×2 |
5.4 Crew benefits in detail:
- Deckhand (€1.99 a month): 500 coins each month; docking rewards ×1.25; trying again is free; repair bills are halved.
- Navigator (€4.99 a month): 1,000 coins each month; docking rewards ×1.5; trying again is free; repair bills are covered; keel scratch covered.
- Captain's Crew (€9.99 a month): 2,000 coins each month; docking rewards ×2; trying again is free; repair bills are covered; keel scratch covered; daily coins ×2.
5.5 The reward multiplier applies to docking rewards only (star rewards and the fixed reward of the Submarine bunker), rounded to whole coins. It does not apply to the welcome gift.
5.6 Monthly coins are added when you subscribe and at each renewal, the next time the game is opened, one package for each paid month.
5.7 Changing tier. The new benefits apply at once and the difference in monthly coins is added. Your billing day stays the same.
5.8 If we change the price or the benefits of a tier, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you in the game beforehand. You can cancel before it takes effect. If a price changes, the store will also tell you in advance and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
6.1 One-time purchases. Coins are digital content delivered immediately. When you confirm a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the coins have been added to your purse.
6.2 Crew membership. You can cancel at any time in your store account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your benefits continue to the end of the month already paid, and coins already received stay in your purse.
6.3 When you subscribe you ask for the service to start immediately. If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing; the monthly coins already delivered and the part of the month already used may then be taken into account in the refund, as the law allows.
6.4 Refund requests are handled by the store that took the payment, under its refund policy: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play through your order history. Where a refund is made, we may remove the coins and benefits that came with that purchase.
6.5 Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including rights for digital content that is faulty or not as described.
7. Feedback you send us
The Game may ask for your opinion, and you can send comments. You allow us to use feedback freely to improve the Game, without payment or credit. Please do not include personal details in comments.
8. Community links
The Game may link to our community pages on services such as Discord or Telegram. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Our rights in the Game
The Game, including its code, graphics, sounds, texts, characters such as the captain, and level designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no rights in it other than the licence in section 1.
10. Updates and availability
We may update the Game, add or remove levels and features, change the coin economy, or stop offering the Game. We do not promise that the Game will always be available or free of errors. If we end a paid subscription service, we will stop renewals, and any refund for time not used is handled under the law and the store's policy.
11. Disclaimer and limits on our liability
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it beyond those the law requires.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- any loss or damage arising from the use of the Game, or anything learned from it, in real boat handling or navigation;
- lost coins, progress or data;
- indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Game and its purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for digital content.
12. Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the Game. Remember to cancel any subscription in your store account first. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms. Sections 4, 9, 11 and 14 continue to apply afterwards.
13. Terms for App Store and Google Play users
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
- Your licence is limited to use on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
- If the Game fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling claims about the Game, including product liability, legal compliance and consumer protection claims, and claims that the Game infringes someone's intellectual property.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the Game, such as your mobile data agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
If you downloaded the Game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the Game.
14. Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
Consumers in the Czech Republic can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version at https://github.com/vkupreev/sailersgame-X and change the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the Game. If you keep playing after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
If one part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
